Human Development
An educational program with the goal of encouraging motivation towards pursuing education in science and technology among junior high and high school girls. The program contributes to the realization of diversity in human resources and the promotion of innovation through that diversity by distributing information via "My Tomorrow," the project website.
In "My Tomorrow," we have introduced seven interviews with top runners in various fields of science and engineering, and women who are active on the front lines as engineers and researchers, as well as holding experience-based events. We hope that the stories and lifestyles of these women will spark interest in the field of science and engineering and help many people find "I" of the future.
What Kind of a Future Spreads Out Before Me?
"A science career is impossible for me as a girl!" If you've ever thought this, then we would like you to check My Tomorrow.
Currently, the number of women active on the frontlines in science-related fields is increasing, including as leaders in a variety of fields and as young technicians and researchers.
The viewpoints, flexible ideas, persevering attitudes, and more that women offer are sought after widely by society as the key to moving forward into the next generation.
We offer the now and future of science and women through My Tomorrow.
Please find out a future that you are excited about.
And we hope that your future will shine brightly.
