Step1: Download application documents from the above.
Step2: Enter your name and e-mail address on the registration form and send it.
Receipt number and a login page for application are notified to the registerer by e-mail.
Step3: Set a password on the login page for application provided in the e-mail.
Step4: Preparation of application documents ※Up to 10MBytes per file.

2. Recommendation：PDF
3. Reference papers：PDF
Step5: Log in to My Page with your e-mail and password, fill out necessary information, attach application form, recommendation letter, and reference papers, and submit.
