Application Steps

Applications for this grant must be submitted via the online system according to the steps below.
For detailed submission instructions, please be sure to check the "Application Guide" included in the downloaded documents.

Step1

Obtain Application Documents
Please download the complete set of documents for your target category from this page.

Step2

Initial Registration & Application Number Acquisition
Enter your name and email address into the online registration form, select your application category/field, and submit. An email containing your "Application Number" and the "Login URL" will be sent to you.

Step3

Password Setup
Set your password using the URL provided in the reply email from Step 2, and verify that you can log in to the online application system.

Step4

Prepare Application Documents
Note: The maximum file size is 10MB per file.

Application form
File name: [Application Number] _application (e.g., N0123E_application)
[Important] Please ensure your Registration Number is entered correctly.
Letter of Recommendation
File name: [Application Number] _recommendation
*Please sign/stamp (official title seal or personal seal) and digitize the document before uploading.
Reference Papers
File name: [Application Number] _any file name
*Up to 3 of your published papers that will serve as reference for screening.
Step5

Submit Application Documents
Log in to the online application system using your registered email address and password from Step3. Complete the required fields, upload the necessary documents, and submit your application.
If you need to make changes after submission, you may log in again to revise or replace your documents and resubmit your application at any time before the application deadline.

Deadline

The online application system will close at midnight on September 10, 2026.
